Executive Management
Executive Management is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term growth of the Company. Led by the Chief Executive Officer, the executive team establishes corporate objectives, allocates resources, manages risk, and ensures that all departments operate in alignment with Barion’s strategic vision.
Purchasing and Acquisitions
The Purchasing and Acquisitions function is responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement optimization. This department ensures that the Company secures high-quality goods and services at competitive terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships and supply chain reliability.
Sales division
The Sales division drives revenue growth and market expansion. This function is responsible for client acquisition, account management, business development, and customer relationship strategy.
Logistics and Analytics
The Logistics and Analytics department ensures operational efficiency through coordinated supply chain management, inventory control, distribution planning, and performance monitoring.
Through data-driven insights and analytics, this function enhances forecasting accuracy, optimizes operational workflows, and supports informed decision-making across the organization. The integration of logistics execution and analytical intelligence enables Barion to operate with agility, cost efficiency, and measurable performance oversight.
Human Resources
The Human Resources function supports organizational growth by attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent. HR oversees workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation frameworks, and employee engagement.
